Legion, the FX series, has been a cult favorite for years, yet it remains largely absent from mainstream superhero conversations. The show, based on the X-Men character David Haller, is known for its surreal, experimental narrative and stunning visuals. Despite its critical acclaim and dedicated fanbase, it has not achieved the same level of recognition as other superhero shows like The Boys or Daredevil.
The show’s obscurity can be attributed to several factors. First, its narrative is complex and often confusing, which can be a barrier for casual viewers. Second, its placement on FX, a network known for more traditional programming, may have limited its reach. Third, its surreal, experimental style may not have appealed to the typical superhero fan.
