SOLARA: Spark of the Shadowlands

The story

In a sunless world covered in perpetual twilight, fourteen-year-old scavenger Pip unearths a forgotten solar orb inside a fallen satellite. When a massive wave of living shadow surges from the mountains toward her subterranean home village, Pip attaches the orb to Spark, a dormant brass mechanical stag. Powered by the light, Spark awakens, and together they embark on a high-speed dash across glowing obsidian glass flats, crumbling iron bridges, and foggy gorges toward the legendary Sun Tower. Trailed relentlessly by shadowy night-beasts that dissolve in direct light, Pip uses light flares to ward off attacks. At the tower summit, the monstrous Umbra-Alpha blocks their path. Spark overcharges his chest core to blind the monster, granting Pip the crucial seconds needed to scale the central spire and lock the solar orb into the crown socket. The tower ignites, blasting a blinding shockwave of pure sunlight across the land that vaporizes the darkness and restores dawn to the world forever.
