Barnaby vs. Goliath

The story

When clumsy parade marshal Barnaby accidentally lets go of the anchor winch to 'Goliath'—a giant cartoonish green dinosaur parade balloon—the oversized monster ascends into the downtown skyline. Teaming up with his hyper-competent teenage niece Chloe, Barnaby pursues the floating leviathan across high-rise rooftops, through mid-flight office windows, and over a crowded harbor. Along the way, they must outrun Chief Sterling, an overly aggressive security officer armed with a dart gun who wants to pop the balloon out of the sky. After a series of slapstick close calls involving high-tension power wires and water-skiing mishaps, Barnaby uses a park's giant bouncy castle as a catapult to leap onto Goliath's tail. He successfully steers the runaway giant back down Main Street, landing it right behind the mayor just as the television cameras turn to the podium, securing a triumphant visual victory.
